Questions people actually ask

How is the price worked out?

By how much of the truck you fill. The truck holds 5–6 cubic yards — about the bed of a large pickup, loaded properly. $99 minimum, $159 half load, $289 full. Send photos and you get a number before anyone drives out.

Do I need to move things to the curb?

No. Price is the same whether it is at the curb or in a basement. Stairs add $25 a flight because they genuinely take longer, and that shows on the quote.

What will you not take?

Asbestos, medical waste, ammunition, and anything actively leaking. Paint, solvents, tires and freon appliances we will take with a disposal fee attached, because the transfer station charges us one.

How fast can you come?

Usually next day, often same day in Everett and Marysville. Eviction cleanouts we work to the sheriff schedule.

Do you recycle or donate?

Anything usable goes to a donation partner and metal goes to scrap. It is not a marketing line — it lowers the tipping fee, which is why the prices stay where they are.

Are you insured?

Yes, and the certificate is on file. Property managers can have it emailed straight to their compliance address.
